Terms of service
1. If you want to return the item, please contact with seller at: hhxxstars@yahoo.com for the return address.
2. You have 15 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 30 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID and email address in the package.
4. We will refund YOUR FULL AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
5. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet after returned item delivered, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hhxxstars@yahoo.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hhxxstars@yahoo.com for the return shipping address.
